笔者从不同角度解读了国外外语教育体制、指导思想、教学内容以及教学模式的改革与创新，以及所反映出的外语教育改革的特点和发展趋势，并分析了我国现行外语教育体制面临的挑战和存在的问题，进而探讨了我国外语教育体制改革的思路、目标及措施。
筆者從不同角度解讀瞭國外外語教育體製、指導思想、教學內容以及教學模式的改革與創新，以及所反映齣的外語教育改革的特點和髮展趨勢，併分析瞭我國現行外語教育體製麵臨的挑戰和存在的問題，進而探討瞭我國外語教育體製改革的思路、目標及措施。
필자종불동각도해독료국외외어교육체제、지도사상、교학내용이급교학모식적개혁여창신，이급소반영출적외어교육개혁적특점화발전추세，병분석료아국현행외어교육체제면림적도전화존재적문제，진이탐토료아국외어교육체제개혁적사로、목표급조시。
From various angles, this paper has firstly analyzed and studied reform and innovation in foreign languages education system, guiding ideology, teaching content and teaching modes abroad, which can certainly reflect the features and trends of foreign languages education reform. Then the article has explored the challenges and problems confronting the present foreign languages education system of our country. And at last the paper probes into concepts, goals and measures of foreign languages education system reform in our country.
