鉴于大学校园学生抄袭行为日趋严重，但有“大学心脏”之称的图书馆对于此问题却尚未有较实质的参与，乃基于大学图书馆原本具有的角色，并结合其针对各类型学术文献进行征集处理、典藏管理以及推广服务，进而探讨有效抑制抄袭行为的策略架构。建议以保留可能涉及抄袭行为的证据、符合教育宗旨的奖励措施、增强抗拒抄袭的免疫能力以及提高抑制策略的整体效能等措施作为基础，同时善加利用恰当的策略工具，并通过正向引导、保存加值、传播分享、测试施行等四个重要步骤，以建构出可供参考、施行的建议方案。

With the advent of information technology, plagiarism has rapidly become a growing problem in the academia. The library, being the heart of the university, however has not directly addressed the issue. In fact, as information gatekeepers and in close contact with users, librarians should stand at a good position to devise effective anti-plagiarism strategies. The authors, three library professionals, have one model to offer. The model is made up of these intertwining elements： data sources which students are likely to copy from, state-of-the-art technologies, an award system that is tied with education objectives, preventive and control measures. To implement this model, students will be coached on the appropriate skills and attitudes, their honest and hard work is to be archived and disseminated.
