图书馆采取保证重点、兼顾一般、区别服务的政策，做好重点读者服务工作，是一个行之有效的方法。从确定读者的主体地位着手，变单向的被动服务为双向交流的主动参与服务，是服务职能转变的一种新尝试。

도서관채취보증중점、겸고일반、구별복무적정책，주호중점독자복무공작，시일개행지유효적방법。종학정독자적주체지위착수，변단향적피동복무위쌍향교류적주동삼여복무，시복무직능전변적일충신상시。
The policy of focusing on distinguished readers, taking care of ordinary ones and providing different library services accordingly is an effective method with the purpose of serving the distinguished readers well. This is a new try that makes sure the principal position of the reader and changes the passive service into the mutual communication and active service.
