目前发现心脏中存在有微弱的复制修复功能，表现为端粒酶的表达。对心肌端粒酶的研究有助于确定是否在运动心脏重塑过程中存在着细胞的复制。目前发现影响端粒酶活化的因素较多，包括端粒酶的组成成分、连接蛋白质和其他调控因子，检测端粒酶的手段主要包括TRAP法、免疫组织化学法和原位杂交法。

Expression of telomerase plays an important role in repairing myocardium cells by faint replication in the present studies. There is duplicating of a cell while the cardiac remodeling through the study on telomerase. Many factors influencing the activation of telomerase including the component, connecting protein,and other control factors of telomerase. The detection methods of telomerase include telomere repeat amplification protocol（TRAP）, immunohistochemical method and In situ hybridization（ISH）.
