Based on the high growth and high risk characteristic of small and medium-sized technological enterprise, the article applies the real option thinking to the choice and strategic flexibility decision of small and medium -sized technological enterprise, identifies and analyzes the type and source of the real option in this kind of enterprise＇s strategic flexibility decision from both qualitative and quantitative analysis, and builds the process of this kind of enterprise strategic flexibility decision based on the real option. Besides, we can also create the real option in the daily grind to make more flexibility for the smaU and medium -sized technological enterprise in a high uncertain environment.
