本文首先对课程开发和PDCA循环模式的有关概念和原理进行了简单阐述,并简要分析了目前高校课程开发中所普遍存在的一些问题。然后,在对高校课程开发过程分析的基础上提出,应用PDCA循环管理方法进行课程开发控制,以保证其开发效益,并构建了高校课程开发中的PDCA循环模式并进行了实证分析。
本文首先對課程開髮和PDCA循環模式的有關概唸和原理進行瞭簡單闡述,併簡要分析瞭目前高校課程開髮中所普遍存在的一些問題。然後,在對高校課程開髮過程分析的基礎上提齣,應用PDCA循環管理方法進行課程開髮控製,以保證其開髮效益,併構建瞭高校課程開髮中的PDCA循環模式併進行瞭實證分析。

This article first makes a brief interpretation of some concepts concerning the curriculum development and the cyclic model of PDCA and analyzes some common existing problems in the present curriculum development of higher education. Then it proposes to apply the cyclic system of PDCA to the curriculum development on the basis of a profound analysis of the curriculum developing process. At last, it constructs the cyclic model of PDCA in higher education curriculum development, makes a pragmatic analysis and comes to the conclusions.
