加强党的先进性建设是一项长期的复杂系统工程，完善党政“一把手”长效监督机制则是关键之关键。因此，探讨如何进一步完善党政“一把手”长效监督机制，就成为加强党的先进性建设，推进中国特色社会主义政治文明的核心课题之一。通过深入探讨加强党的先进性建设与完善党政“一把手”长效监督机制之间的内在关联，解剖当前我国各级党政“一把手”监督机制存在的主要问题，提出完善党政“一把手”长效监督机制的理论思考与对策建议。
加彊黨的先進性建設是一項長期的複雜繫統工程，完善黨政“一把手”長效鑑督機製則是關鍵之關鍵。因此，探討如何進一步完善黨政“一把手”長效鑑督機製，就成為加彊黨的先進性建設，推進中國特色社會主義政治文明的覈心課題之一。通過深入探討加彊黨的先進性建設與完善黨政“一把手”長效鑑督機製之間的內在關聯，解剖噹前我國各級黨政“一把手”鑑督機製存在的主要問題，提齣完善黨政“一把手”長效鑑督機製的理論思攷與對策建議。

Strengthening party advance construction is a long-term complex systems engineering. The most important task is to perfect a long-term supervision mechanism for the top leaders of the Party and the government. To discuss how can we further perfect a long-term supervision mechanism for the top leaders of the Party and government, it becomes the core subject of the strengthening of Party advance construction and the raising of political civilization of the Chinese characteristic of socialism. This paper raises theory thoughts and countermeasures suggesting the perfecting of a long-term supervision mechanism for top leaders of the Party and government by studying its inner relations, main problems.
