Strengthening of public supervision through mass is one of the important integrated parts of social civilization. It has positive and profound effects both on making up the insufficient surveillance of the administrative departments, on maintaining basic interests of the party and the people and construction a harmonious society. Although there are still lots of problems on the safeguard mechanism of the implementation of public supervision, we can certainly complete all the supervision practically and prompt the stability and development of society as long as most of the mass media workers can set up the journalist outlook of political civilization and persist in implementing the principles and methods of the public supervision.
