采用问卷调查法对韶关市1160名中小学生参加体育锻烁的现状进行调查，经分析认为，学生体能素质下降的直接原因在学生自身参加体育活动少，但根本原因在于学校领导、班主任、体育教师、家长对学生体质健康的重视程度及其对学生体育意识的培养．针对存在的问题，研究有效的干预措施予以解决，为增强学生体质健康服务．
採用問捲調查法對韶關市1160名中小學生參加體育鍛爍的現狀進行調查，經分析認為，學生體能素質下降的直接原因在學生自身參加體育活動少，但根本原因在于學校領導、班主任、體育教師、傢長對學生體質健康的重視程度及其對學生體育意識的培養．針對存在的問題，研究有效的榦預措施予以解決，為增彊學生體質健康服務．
채용문권조사법대소관시1160명중소학생삼가체육단삭적현상진행조사，경분석인위，학생체능소질하강적직접원인재학생자신삼가체육활동소，단근본원인재우학교령도、반주임、체육교사、가장대학생체질건강적중시정도급기대학생체육의식적배양．침대존재적문제，연구유효적간예조시여이해결，위증강학생체질건강복무．
By adopting questionnaire, the authors investigated the present situation of the middle school students and the pupils in Shaoguan taking part in physical training, and after analysis, they thought that the direct reason about the decline of students＇ physical quality was the students themselves seldom taking part in sports, but the basic reason lied in the level that the school leader, the teacher in charge of a class, P.E teacher, parents paid attention to the students constitutional health and the foster to the students physical consciousness. In view of these questions, we should research the interfered measure to solve them, to serve for building up the students＇ physical health.
