对20世纪90年代中期以来新加坡对华直接投资状况和中国与新加坡的贸易结构进行了分析。分析表明，近年来中新贸易的发展远远超过了新加坡对华直接投资的发展，新加坡对华直接投资逐步向制造业转移，而中新贸易的主要产品也向几种产品集中。随着中国东盟自由贸易区进程的推进这种趋势仍将继续。
對20世紀90年代中期以來新加坡對華直接投資狀況和中國與新加坡的貿易結構進行瞭分析。分析錶明，近年來中新貿易的髮展遠遠超過瞭新加坡對華直接投資的髮展，新加坡對華直接投資逐步嚮製造業轉移，而中新貿易的主要產品也嚮幾種產品集中。隨著中國東盟自由貿易區進程的推進這種趨勢仍將繼續。

This paper analyses the direct investment from Singapore to China and the trade structure between them since the mid- 1990s. It is argued that the trade development of the two countries far exceeds the development of the direct investment from Singapore to China in recent years. and direct investment from Singapore to China transfers to manufacturing and main trade products concentrate on several products at the same time. The tendency will be continued with the push of the China-ASEAN free trade area.
