Based on the general principle of coordination games in the domain of organizational learning, this paper provides a systematic analysis of the nature of learning motivation and the interrelationships between two dimensions, micro-learning of individual and macro-learning of organization. With an attempt to propose the theory and method to describe the state of macro-learning motivation in an organization, the authors have intended to establish a three-dimensional integration model of coordination organizational learning motivation accordingly.
