目前独立学院凭借灵活的办学机制和母体学校优良的教育教学资源，越来越受到大众的青睐；以市场为导向、以特色谋发展，为社会培养急需的应用型人才，是独立学院人才培养的定位；注重基础、强化能力、突出专长、提高素质，这些都是人才培养的目标。

Presently, independent colleges are becoming more and more popular among people in China as they are flexible in running school and are filled with excellent teaching and educational resources which are shared with their matrix universities. The orientation of independent colleges lies in leading the students to the market, seeking for the development with characteristics, cultivating types of applied students with ability who their goals are supposed to pay much attention to the foundation, to strengthen the cialt）,, and to enhance the stuff of the students. are in badly need by our society while ability, to give prominence to the specialty, and to enhance the stuff of the students.
