以投入产出法为基础，建立了行业总产出乘数、直接就业系数、综合就业系数、向后关联系数、向前关联系数和成本利税率等评价第三产业就业潜力的相关指标，相关实证结果表明批发贸易和餐饮以及交通运输邮电业是影响就业增加的关键行业。
以投入產齣法為基礎，建立瞭行業總產齣乘數、直接就業繫數、綜閤就業繫數、嚮後關聯繫數、嚮前關聯繫數和成本利稅率等評價第三產業就業潛力的相關指標，相關實證結果錶明批髮貿易和餐飲以及交通運輸郵電業是影響就業增加的關鍵行業。

Tertiary industry has already been the main industry that absorbs the employment, and the analysis of employment potential of tertiary industry is very necessary. On the basis of the input and output method, this paper designs Output Multiplier of Industry, Direct Employment Multiplier, Integrated Employment Multiplier, Backward Linkage Effect, Forward Linkage Effects, Pretax Profit on Cost and related indicators to analyze the employment potential of tertiary industry. Finally empirical study shows that Wholesale Trade, Restaurant, Transportation, post and telecommunications are the critical industries to enhance the employment.
