通过对篮球文化产业基本问题以及我国高校篮球文化产业发展现状的分析，阐明了影响高校篮球文化产业发展的主要因素，即传统思想观念的制约、管理体制的不健全以及高校篮球文化经营管理人才的匮乏等。同时提出了促进高校篮球文化产业发展的相关对策：更新思想观念、完善市场机制、加强高素质人才队伍建设、加强法规建设和提高竞赛水平。
通過對籃毬文化產業基本問題以及我國高校籃毬文化產業髮展現狀的分析，闡明瞭影響高校籃毬文化產業髮展的主要因素，即傳統思想觀唸的製約、管理體製的不健全以及高校籃毬文化經營管理人纔的匱乏等。同時提齣瞭促進高校籃毬文化產業髮展的相關對策：更新思想觀唸、完善市場機製、加彊高素質人纔隊伍建設、加彊法規建設和提高競賽水平。

Based oll the analysis of fundamental problems of basketball culture industry and present situation of basketball culture indastry of institutions of higher learning in China, the research methods of literature etc, are used to set forth main factors influencing basketball culture indnstry of institutions of higher learning, i.e. restricted by traditional ideas, imperfecting managerial system, lack of the talents for operation and management. Meanwhile it puts forward the relative countermeasure to promote development of basketball culture hldnstry of institutions of higher learning：renewing the ideas, perfecting the market mechanism, cultivating high - quality talents, strengthening the rule of law and enhancing the contesting level.
