为了更加方便地管理和利用全民体质监测的研究成果，促进体质检测的研究结果向实际应用成果的转化，建立一个多级国民体质监测网络系统十分必要。采用文献资料调研、专家访谈和设计编写软件程序法，对建立多级国民体质监测网络系统进行探讨研究。通过国民体质监测网络系统方案设计研究，可实现国民体质监测数据的综合管理和资源共享，并能充分发挥体质监测科研成果对全民健身的科学指导作用。

In order to better use and manage the research achievements of national fitness monitor and promote the transform of it to practice, it is necessary to establish multilevel national fitness monitoring system network. Through using the method of literature investigation, expert interview and software programming, this paper made discussion on establishing the multilevel national fitness monitoring system. Through the modern network system,the integrate management and resource sharing of national fitness monitoring data are achieved. Finally, the result of study can be exerted to guide the physical exercise for all people.
