The Hasegawa-Mima equation is a nonlinear model to investigate drift waves and drift-wave turbulence. In the article, we establish the existence of the periodic solution for the perturbed Hasegawa-Mima equation. We employ mainly the Schauder fixed point theorem to obtain the existence of the 1 solution. At last we prove the uniqueness of the solution.
