我国高校兼职教师已经成为高校教师队伍中的一支重要力量。但由于至今还没有形成专门的兼职教师管理制度，导致高校在管理的过程中出现了不少问题，这些问题只能通过对兼职教师人性化管理、制度化管理、法制化管理来解决。

아국고교겸직교사이경성위고교교사대오중적일지중요역량。단유우지금환몰유형성전문적겸직교사관리제도，도치고교재관리적과정중출현료불소문제，저사문제지능통과대겸직교사인성화관리、제도화관리、법제화관리래해결。
In our country, part- time faculties in HELS have become an important force of the groups of teachers in HEI.S. However, as the special management system for part- time faculties haven＇ t formed yet, a few problems are caused in the management process of HELS. And we can only solve the problems through the human- based management, the systematic management and the management within the law for part-time faculties.
