生态补偿机制是为促进补偿活动、调动生态保护积板性的各种规则、激励和协调的制度安排。是实现和谐社会生态的途径。企业是其运行的基础，遵循生态补偿机制把自然再生产和经济再生产融为一体，实现生态补偿和自身的科学发展。生态补偿机制的构建需要协调区域共同发展，完善补偿方式和税收制度，建立绿色GDP核算体系，将生态补偿机制法制化。

Environment protection and green distribution of social wealth demand the establishment of the ecoeompensation mechanism. It is a system which can promote compensation activities and mobilize activeness of environmental protection. The system contains various sorts of rules, mechanisms for encouragement and coordination, and is to abide by the economic rules and ecological rules. Enterprise is the basis of eco-compensation mechanism＇s operation. It foUows the eco-compensation mechanism to combine natural reproduction with economic reproduction to realize the scientific development of eco-eompensation mechanism and itself. The establishment of eco-compensation mechanism needs to coordinate development of different districts, satisfy compensation way and tax system, establish Green. GDP Calcuhtion System and rezuhte eco-comnensation mechanism.
