在新农村建设及构建和谐社会进程中，面向农村弱势群体医疗保障制度仍存在诸多体制性障碍缺陷。因此，重点对失地农民、农民工及贫困农民三类弱势群体进行医疗保障，集中完善包括合作医疗与医疗救助等多层次、多形式的医疗保障制度，实现病有所医、贫有所济，最终解决农村弱势群体的医疗保障问题。
在新農村建設及構建和諧社會進程中，麵嚮農村弱勢群體醫療保障製度仍存在諸多體製性障礙缺陷。因此，重點對失地農民、農民工及貧睏農民三類弱勢群體進行醫療保障，集中完善包括閤作醫療與醫療救助等多層次、多形式的醫療保障製度，實現病有所醫、貧有所濟，最終解決農村弱勢群體的醫療保障問題。
재신농촌건설급구건화해사회진정중，면향농촌약세군체의료보장제도잉존재제다체제성장애결함。인차，중점대실지농민、농민공급빈곤농민삼류약세군체진행의료보장，집중완선포괄합작의료여의료구조등다층차、다형식적의료보장제도，실현병유소의、빈유소제，최종해결농촌약세군체적의료보장문제。
In the process of new socialist countryside and hartnonious society building, it still has a lot of system obstacle in medical security system of rural social vulnerable groups. Therefore, it must establish medical security system for farmer who lost land, the peasant laborer and the impoverished farmer, perfect multi -level and the multi -form medical security system which including cooperative medical security and medical rescue system, Finally solves the medical security problems of rural social vulnerable groups.
