On the base of analyzing the core contents of information resources construction of library in the network environment, this paper researches on the method and technical measure in the digitalization of collection document resources, reasonable construction of electronic document resources and the networks information resources reintegration, ect., then it puts forward some strategies and suggestions for the major problems on implementation.
