政府诚信是实现政府与社会和谐的首要因素。政府信用是社会信誉的核心,是形成社会信用体系,实现政府与社会和谐的核心环节;政府诚信是形成和谐市场经济环境的重要保证;构建和谐社会急需建设诚信政府;构建诚信政府需搭设政府与社会和谐之桥。政府要做诚信守法的典范,要加强对公务员的诚信教育和诚信监督。
政府誠信是實現政府與社會和諧的首要因素。政府信用是社會信譽的覈心,是形成社會信用體繫,實現政府與社會和諧的覈心環節;政府誠信是形成和諧市場經濟環境的重要保證;構建和諧社會急需建設誠信政府;構建誠信政府需搭設政府與社會和諧之橋。政府要做誠信守法的典範,要加彊對公務員的誠信教育和誠信鑑督。
정부성신시실현정부여사회화해적수요인소。정부신용시사회신예적핵심,시형성사회신용체계,실현정부여사회화해적핵심배절;정부성신시형성화해시장경제배경적중요보증;구건화해사회급수건설성신정부;구건성신정부수탑설정부여사회화해지교。정부요주성신수법적전범,요가강대공무원적성신교육화성신감독。
Credit of the government is the prime factor to realize the harmony between government and society. Government＇s credit is the core of social prestige; it is the key link to realize harmony between government and society, besides, it serves as important guarantee of forming the harmonious market economy environment. It is imperative to build a credit government to construct the harmonious society. A harmonious bridge between the government and the society should be constructed accordingly. The government must be a credible and law-abiding model. Credit education and supervision toward the Civil Service should be strengthened.
