德国“双元制”职业教育是指校企合作的办学模式,它可以促进学生的理论学习与实践活动的紧密结合,它有利于学生知识与技能、能力与素质的全面发展。德国“双元制”职业教育教学的特点就在于它有一支德才兼备的“双师型”教师队伍。目前要解决我国高职学院教师队伍知识结构不合理、专业知识老化、实践能力弱等问题,必须借鉴德国“双元制”职业的经验,充实和提高“双师型”教师队伍。

The vocational education of ＂dual system＂ in Germany refers to the college ＆ enterprise joint school running pattern, which can promote students＇ close integration of theoretical study and practice as well as their all-round development in knowledge, skill, ability and quality. The characteristic of ＂dual-system＂ vocational education in Germany lies in its ＂engineer-teacher mode＂. At present, we should use for reference the advantages of the German ＂dual system＂ and strengthen the construction of our teaching staff to solve such problems as teachers＇ unscientific knowledge structure, aging professional knowledge and their powerless practice ability.
