德国“双元制”职业教育是指校企合作的办学模式,它可以促进学生的理论学习与实践活动的紧密结合,它有利于学生知识与技能、能力与素质的全面发展。德国“双元制”职业教育教学的特点就在于它有一支德才兼备的“双师型”教师队伍。目前要解决我国高职学院教师队伍知识结构不合理、专业知识老化、实践能力弱等问题,必须借鉴德国“双元制”职业的经验,充实和提高“双师型”教师队伍。
德國“雙元製”職業教育是指校企閤作的辦學模式,它可以促進學生的理論學習與實踐活動的緊密結閤,它有利于學生知識與技能、能力與素質的全麵髮展。德國“雙元製”職業教育教學的特點就在于它有一支德纔兼備的“雙師型”教師隊伍。目前要解決我國高職學院教師隊伍知識結構不閤理、專業知識老化、實踐能力弱等問題,必鬚藉鑒德國“雙元製”職業的經驗,充實和提高“雙師型”教師隊伍。

The vocational education of "dual system" in Germany refers to the college & enterprise joint school running pattern, which can promote students' close integration of theoretical study and practice as well as their all-round development in knowledge, skill, ability and quality. The characteristic of "dual-system" vocational education in Germany lies in its "engineer-teacher mode". At present, we should use for reference the advantages of the German "dual system" and strengthen the construction of our teaching staff to solve such problems as teachers' unscientific knowledge structure, aging professional knowledge and their powerless practice ability.
