以我国市场经济冲破制度束缚不断发展壮大的近代史为起点，依据珠三角与长三角的历史资料和文献．比较两地经营环境差异带来的工商活动激励机制的差异，表现为对事业大小定位的不同、对人力资本的认知不同、对市场机会的取舍不同、对政府干预的态度不同等。两地遵循的原有激励路径都是成功的，但未来两地（尤其珠三角）需另辟蹊径，走差异化的发展道路。
以我國市場經濟遲破製度束縳不斷髮展壯大的近代史為起點，依據珠三角與長三角的歷史資料和文獻．比較兩地經營環境差異帶來的工商活動激勵機製的差異，錶現為對事業大小定位的不同、對人力資本的認知不同、對市場機會的取捨不同、對政府榦預的態度不同等。兩地遵循的原有激勵路徑都是成功的，但未來兩地（尤其珠三角）需另闢蹊徑，走差異化的髮展道路。

Beginning with the modern history through which China＇s market economy continues to grow and develop against the constraints of system, it compares the two differences in the operating environment for business activities and incentive mechanisms differences between the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta according to the historical information and documentation. The differences are as follows： difference in orientation of the career size, in the conscious on human capital, in selecting market opportunities, in the attitude towards political power. The pathes of the two places are successful, but in the future, they （especially PRD） need an alternatives way to develop.
