针对当今社会发展对人才的要求，对人才培养模式多样化的研究和实践进行了阐述，提出了地方建筑类院校人才培养模式多样化实施过程中的一些积极措施。

In order to fit the talents demand in the present and the future time, the authors analyzed and practised the multi - mode of talents cultivation of higher education, and presented some effective rules on which much attention should be paid in the process of talents cultivation.
