出版集团化是中国近年关于出版的主要政策之一，由于关联性大，所引发的关注及讨论自不在少数。对于政策的理由、内容和影响，以及集团化的执行策略与配套措施之建构，一直众说纷纭。为了对这项重大政策所关联的出版业管理问题及各项议题之内涵有较清楚的认知，本文阐述了将出版集团化研究当作一个研究问题的价值所在，以及经由繁复的议题析出过程所产生的议题结构。这对后续的讨论是有帮助的。

Recently, publishing group becomes one of the publishing principal policies in China. For the vast influences of the industrial transformation, it raises quite a lot concerns and discussions. Comments on the reasons of change, the contents, and the influences of this policy, as well as on the implementation strategies of conglomerates and the construction of complementary measures are numerous. To shed some light on the issues of management in publishing industry and matters of the subjects associated with this important policy, this thesis presents the value of the research on publishing group and structuring out its entangled issues through a systematic analysis process. This could provide helpful information for detailed studies in the future.
