经济运行中结构型宏观调控，是为了产业资源的有效配置。此轮经济增长虽源于消费结构升级，但由于万元消费等级的产业带动力度不强，产业运行明显受到政府投资需求拉动的影响。由于各个产业市场化程度的差异，价格机制无法完全正常调节产业间关系。随着我国经济自主运行特征逐步完善，从产业投资方向上实现战略调整，成为宏观经济有效调控的关键。

The structural macroeconomic control aims to effective allocation of industrial resources. Current industrial growth is obviously pulled by government investment rather than the 10-thousand consumption level industry, though the economic growth resulting from the upgrade of the consumption structure. Moreover, price mechanism can not adjust effectively the inter-industrial relationships because of the different level of industrial marketization. Therefore, this paper suggests the strategic adjustment of the industrial investment as the key to effective control.
