中部地区是我国粮食主产区，幅员辽阔且各地状况差别较大，各地各级政府迫切需要一套提升粮食产业效益的决策分析方法来指导实践。文章综合运用量本利原理、供应链管理和层次分析法的思想以及系统类变量方法，提出了一套适合我国中部地区区情解决粮食增效问题的决策分析框架，并以开封市小麦产业为例验证了该方法的有效性。

Mid-China which owns different situations as while as vast territory is one of the main areas of China＇s grains production, a set of decision analysis method to promote the benefits of grains production is urgently needed by the governments of different levels in many places now. Using the thoughts of group variable analysis, supply chain management and AHP, a decision analysis frame which is suited to the area＇s conditions to promote the benefits of grains production in Mid-China is provided in this paper, and the method is proved to be efficatious by using the wheat industry in Kaifeng city as an example.
