中小民营企业存在员工培训失效的现象,原因主要有:员工素质普遍较低;管理者观念存在误区;培训体系不完善,影响员工积极性;培训内容与企业发展脱节;培训方法过于单调等。应采取的对策为:制定培训计划,组织定期培训;使用快速培训需求分析;根据内容选择合适的培训人员;分层培训;建立合理的培训评估体系与激励约束机制等。

The failure of employee training failure in small private businesses is mainly caused by: disqualification on the part of employees on the whole, the management' s wrong idea of training, faulty training system affecting employees' participation, training content irrelevant to the development of the businesses, and far and few training methods. The countermeasures include: making training plans to regularize employee training, analyzing the demands for training, choosing trainers in line with training content, dividing trainees in accordance with their levels, and establishing a sound assessment system together with an incentive and restrictive mechanism.
