采用自编的《大学生应激生活事件量表》对某民办高校850名大学生进行了调查。结果表明：民办高校大学生主要应激生活事件来自学习因素、学校因素、社会因素、就业因素、学生自身因素等方面，通过性别、年级、专业等方面的差异检验，在学校因素、学习因素、就业因素、自身因素、人际关系因素等方面存在显著或极显著的差异。

The present paper is the result of a survey among 850 private-university students with a College Students＇ Stressful Life Events Scale developed by the author. Statistical results of the investigation show that the stressful life events of the respondents mainly involve academic performances, school environments, social surroundings, employment prospects, personal aspects, etc. A variance test on the sexes, grades, majors and other qualities of the respondents shows that significant differences are, in order of importance, in school environments, academic performances, employment prospects, personal aspects and interpersonal relationships.
