研究了0、0.15,0.20和0.25mg/L HgCl2溶液0、1、2、4、8d对黄鳝外周血红细胞微核及白细胞的影响.结果表明,不同暴露时间、不同浓度的Hg^2+不同程度地引起黄鳝红细胞微核率和核异常率等遗传指标的上升,并引起白细胞数量及各类白细胞比例的变化,与对照组相比几乎都达到显著差异(p〈0.05)或极显著差异(p〈0.01).
研究瞭0、0.15,0.20和0.25mg/L HgCl2溶液0、1、2、4、8d對黃鱔外週血紅細胞微覈及白細胞的影響.結果錶明,不同暴露時間、不同濃度的Hg^2+不同程度地引起黃鱔紅細胞微覈率和覈異常率等遺傳指標的上升,併引起白細胞數量及各類白細胞比例的變化,與對照組相比幾乎都達到顯著差異(p〈0.05)或極顯著差異(p〈0.01).
연구료0、0.15,0.20화0.25mg/L HgCl2용액0、1、2、4、8d대황선외주혈홍세포미핵급백세포적영향.결과표명,불동폭로시간、불동농도적Hg^2+불동정도지인기황선홍세포미핵솔화핵이상솔등유전지표적상승,병인기백세포수량급각류백세포비례적변화,여대조조상비궤호도체도현저차이(p〈0.05)혹겁현저차이(p〈0.01).
This paper studies the effects of Hg^2+ on micronucleus and leucocyte in the peripheral blood of Monopterus a lbus at 0,0.15,0. 20 and 0.25 mg/L for 0,1,2,4,8 d respectively. Smears of blood samples are prepared. The results indicates that Hg^2+ at different concentrations in different exposure time could increase genetic index such as the frequencies of micronuclei and nuclear anomalies, change the quantity of leucocyte and the scales of different types of leucocyte, and the frequencies of damage items are almost significantly different in comparison with the control group(p〈0.05) or (p〈0.01).
