运用文献资料法、调查法、数理统计法等方法，对福建省民办高校体育师资建设的现状进行了分析研究．结果表明：体育教师数量不足；外聘教师多，稳定性差；学历结构、职称结构不合理学校缺乏相应的师资培训和科研激励机制，教师科研能力差，并提出对策和建议．
運用文獻資料法、調查法、數理統計法等方法，對福建省民辦高校體育師資建設的現狀進行瞭分析研究．結果錶明：體育教師數量不足；外聘教師多，穩定性差；學歷結構、職稱結構不閤理學校缺乏相應的師資培訓和科研激勵機製，教師科研能力差，併提齣對策和建議．
운용문헌자료법、조사법、수리통계법등방법，대복건성민판고교체육사자건설적현상진행료분석연구．결과표명：체육교사수량불족；외빙교사다，은정성차；학력결구、직칭결구불합이학교결핍상응적사자배훈화과연격려궤제，교사과연능력차，병제출대책화건의．
Based on the document data,investigation and mathematical statistics,the paper analyzes the current situation of the P. E. teachers＇ building in the non-governmental colleges and universities in Fujian Province. The result indicates that the number of the P. E. teachers in the non-governmental colleges and universities is insufficient ; the teachers hired from the other colleges and universities are oversized and unstable; the title structures and school record structures are unreasonable; the corresponding teachers training and the research incentive mechanism are in need;and the teachers＇ research capability is of weakness. In view of above problems, the paper brings forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
