＂Double - Shouldering＂ ; High - Level University; Universities
目前高校“双肩挑”的管理模式普遍存在,在高水平大学的建设道路中产生极其不良的影响。本文就“双肩挑”现象的危害、存在的原因作分析,并借鉴国外发达国家的先进经验,主张废除“双肩挑”模式,让大学由“官本位”回归“学本位”的正确轨道上来。
目前高校“雙肩挑”的管理模式普遍存在,在高水平大學的建設道路中產生極其不良的影響。本文就“雙肩挑”現象的危害、存在的原因作分析,併藉鑒國外髮達國傢的先進經驗,主張廢除“雙肩挑”模式,讓大學由“官本位”迴歸“學本位”的正確軌道上來。
목전고교“쌍견도”적관리모식보편존재,재고수평대학적건설도로중산생겁기불량적영향。본문취“쌍견도”현상적위해、존재적원인작분석,병차감국외발체국가적선진경험,주장폐제“쌍견도”모식,양대학유“관본위”회귀“학본위”적정학궤도상래。
Recently, there generally exists ＂double- shouldering＂ phenomenon among the university teachers, which has extremely harmful effect to the construction of high- level universities. This paper, by analyzing the harmfulness of the ＂double-shouldering＂ phenomenon and its existing reasons, and borrowing the advanced experience of the developed countries, points out that the ＂double - shouldering＂ model shall be abolished, so that the universities can return back to the right path of the ＂academic entity＂ from ＂ official entity＂.
