本文首先论述了信息技术环境下，自主学习过程中进行个人知识管理的必要性；在此基础上介绍了个人知识管理的概念和个人知识过程，然后从实际操作的角度重点探讨了自主学习中个人知识管理三个主要步骤：构建个人知识仓库、知识的共享和交流、知识的实践应用。
本文首先論述瞭信息技術環境下，自主學習過程中進行箇人知識管理的必要性；在此基礎上介紹瞭箇人知識管理的概唸和箇人知識過程，然後從實際操作的角度重點探討瞭自主學習中箇人知識管理三箇主要步驟：構建箇人知識倉庫、知識的共享和交流、知識的實踐應用。
본문수선논술료신식기술배경하，자주학습과정중진행개인지식관리적필요성；재차기출상개소료개인지식관리적개념화개인지식과정，연후종실제조작적각도중점탐토료자주학습중개인지식관리삼개주요보취：구건개인지식창고、지식적공향화교류、지식적실천응용。
This paper first dissertated the necessity of doing Personal Knowledge Management during the Self-regulated Learning in the IT environment .And then it introduced the concept of Personal Knowledge Management and Personal Knowledge Process. At last, the paper specially discussed three main steps of Personal Knowledge Management in the Self-regulated Learning from the angle of actual operation： setting up Personal Knowledge Warehouse, the share and exchange of knowledge, the application of knowledge.
