通过对植物资源开发与利用专业2004—2006届毕业生就业情况的调查，分析该专业教学改革的成效，挖掘出当前学生职业不稳定的主要原因。结果表明：高的毕业生就业率应建立在好的专业建设之上，根据市场需要合理设置课程体系。着重培养学生的实际动手能力是根本，高素质的教师队伍是前提条件，校企合作教育是有效途径。因此，探讨教学改革、对毕业生就芈进行正确引导是茂亍教育的一项长期系统工程。

통과대식물자원개발여이용전업2004—2006계필업생취업정황적조사，분석해전업교학개혁적성효，알굴출당전학생직업불은정적주요원인。결과표명：고적필업생취업솔응건립재호적전업건설지상，근거시장수요합리설치과정체계。착중배양학생적실제동수능력시근본，고소질적교사대오시전제조건，교기합작교육시유효도경。인차，탐토교학개혁、대필업생취미진행정학인도시무촉교육적일항장기계통공정。
By investigating 2004-2006 graduates＇ empoyment of the speciality of plant resources exploitation and utilization, we analyze the achievements of the reform of speciality teaching and the primary causes of the instability for students, occupation. The results show that graduates＇ high employment rate is based on the efficient construction of speciality and the reasonable curriculum system according to the market requirement. Improving students＇ practical ability is the foundation, teachers of high quality is the prerequisite and the cooperative education between school and corporation is the effective way. Therefore, the teaching reform and the correct job guidance for graduates are a long-term and systematic engineering for higher education.
