在不添加任何有机模板剂的前提下采用干胶法对合成ZSM-5分子筛的合成条件(温度、时间、硅铝比)进行了研究。结果表明,在170下反应72h可以得到晶化完全的ZSM-5纯相,且粒子较小,但有明显的聚集。
在不添加任何有機模闆劑的前提下採用榦膠法對閤成ZSM-5分子篩的閤成條件(溫度、時間、硅鋁比)進行瞭研究。結果錶明,在170下反應72h可以得到晶化完全的ZSM-5純相,且粒子較小,但有明顯的聚集。
재불첨가임하유궤모판제적전제하채용간효법대합성ZSM-5분자사적합성조건(온도、시간、규려비)진행료연구。결과표명,재170하반응72h가이득도정화완전적ZSM-5순상,차입자교소,단유명현적취집。
The synthesis conditions of ZSM -5 zeolites without any organic template, which include crystallized temperature, time and different silica to alumina ratios, were investigated by DGC method. The result shows that the pure ZSM -5 zeolite phase was obtained under 170℃ for 72h and the size of ZSM -5 particles were very small but many particles were aggregated.
