采用有限差分法,根据碳纳米管平板显示器的特点选择合适的边界条件,分析了碳纳米管平板显示器内部的电场分布和场增强因子随碳纳米管直径、长度和碳纳米管之间间隔的变化关系。计算结果表明,当碳纳米管之间间隔大于碳纳米管长度3倍时,碳纳米管之间的屏蔽效应可以忽略不计,电场强度和场增强因子随碳纳米管长度增大而线性地增大,当碳纳米管直径较小时,电场强度和场增强因子随碳纳米管直径减小迅速增大。
採用有限差分法,根據碳納米管平闆顯示器的特點選擇閤適的邊界條件,分析瞭碳納米管平闆顯示器內部的電場分佈和場增彊因子隨碳納米管直徑、長度和碳納米管之間間隔的變化關繫。計算結果錶明,噹碳納米管之間間隔大于碳納米管長度3倍時,碳納米管之間的屏蔽效應可以忽略不計,電場彊度和場增彊因子隨碳納米管長度增大而線性地增大,噹碳納米管直徑較小時,電場彊度和場增彊因子隨碳納米管直徑減小迅速增大。
채용유한차분법,근거탄납미관평판현시기적특점선택합괄적변계조건,분석료탄납미관평판현시기내부적전장분포화장증강인자수탄납미관직경、장도화탄납미관지간간격적변화관계。계산결과표명,당탄납미관지간간격대우탄납미관장도3배시,탄납미관지간적병폐효응가이홀략불계,전장강도화장증강인자수탄납미관장도증대이선성지증대,당탄납미관직경교소시,전장강도화장증강인자수탄납미관직경감소신속증대。
In this paper, the electric field distribution and electric - field - enhancement - factor in a carbon nanotubes (CNTs) fiat display device were calculated by finite - difference - method. The effect of the length, diameter and separating width of the CNTs to the electric field and electric field enhancement factor was studied. As the numerical results show, when the separation between CNTs reach three times of the length of CNT, the screen effect is negligible, the intensity of electric field and electric - field - enhancement - factor increase with linearly the length of CNT and when the diameter of CNT is small, the electric field and electric - field - enhancement - factor decrease with the diameter rapidly.
