以热交换机组控制系统为例,阐述了以PC/104总线模块为主控单元的模糊参数自定PID控制系统设计。对循环水温度的自动控制与调节是换热机组自动控制的核心,根据控制对象(为供热管网)面积大、分布不均匀、随机性较强、很难建立其数学模型等特点,结合当前的模糊控制理论,提出了一种基于模糊控制的自整定PID控制器,并用软件设计的方法加以实现。
以熱交換機組控製繫統為例,闡述瞭以PC/104總線模塊為主控單元的模糊參數自定PID控製繫統設計。對循環水溫度的自動控製與調節是換熱機組自動控製的覈心,根據控製對象(為供熱管網)麵積大、分佈不均勻、隨機性較彊、很難建立其數學模型等特點,結閤噹前的模糊控製理論,提齣瞭一種基于模糊控製的自整定PID控製器,併用軟件設計的方法加以實現。

Using the control system of heat - exchange units as an example, this paper expounds control systems design of PID defined by user with fuzzy parameters in PC/104 bus module as main control unit. The temperature control and adjust cycling water is the core of heat-exchange units auto - control. According to the characteristics of control member ( heating steel tube) area being big, distribution being inhomogenous, randomicity being strong and mathematical model being hard established, combining with current fuzzy control theory, this paper proposes a self - adjusted PID controller based on fuzzy control and it is realized by way of soft design.
