公允价值计量及其应用一直是我国会计界讨论的热点问题。财政部2006年相继颁布了新企业会计准则和应用指南，其中公允价值计量属性应用范围的扩大值得我们关注。文章首先介绍了公允价值计量问题的由来，接着指明了公允价值的涵义及其特性；然后简单回顾了了公允价值在我国会计中的运用；进而重点阐述公允价值在新的企业会计准则中的应用；最后提出了公允价值在我国应用需要注意解决的几个问题。

The fair value and its implement is always the hot topic of accounting realm. The ministry of finance published the new financial accounting standard in 2006, and we should pay more attention to the larger scale of the fair vale. Firstly, this thesis indicates the origin, conception and identity of the fair vale, and then reviews the use of fair value in our country simply. On the basis of it above, this article elaborates the application of fair value in the new accounting standard emphatically. Lastly, the author suggests some problems that should be pay attention to in the application of fair value.
