Enterprises are always faced with the diliieulty of acquiring the evaluating index information of candidate partners when they select dealers. To make scientific and reasonable decision, the paper adopts group decision making method to integrate the information of experts from different areas. It transfers experts' subjective opinions into corresponding fuzzy values with linguistic variable and sets up mathematics model, then it calculates the synthetical evaluating value formed by fuzzy value, with a simple applicable method based on the sequence of fuzzy value.
