教师文化是影响教师观念以及教学行为的隐含性因素。我国目前正在进行的新课程改革不仅是课程内容的变更，更是一场课程文化的变革，其中教师文化的变革更是首当其冲。在课程改革的背景下，我国教师文化也表现为从分化的文化向合作文化的转型。教师合作文化是教师文化发展的一种理想状态，它表现出了其独有的特征。在新课程改革的背景下，我们需要进行教师合作文化的重建。
