利益是马克思主义哲学的重要范畴，但学界对其认识却一直存在很大差异。究其原因，主要是对利益范畴的一些基础性问题没有真正搞清楚，因此很有必要对利益范畴的内涵、属性等基本问题重新做出思考。利益就是人们通过一定的社会关系表现出来的需要，其在本质上属于社会关系范畴。利益范畴属性主要表现为：利益是自然性与社会性的辩证统一；利益是主观性与客观性的辩证统一；利益是普遍性与特殊性的辩证统一。

Interest is an important category of Marxist philosophy, but people＇ s understanding of the interest has had a difference greatly all the time. Trace it to its cause, it is mainly that some basic questions to the interest category are not really found out. The interest is the need which is showed through certain social relationships, and it is a social relationship category in essence. The attribute of the interest is shown as： the interests are dialectical unity with sociality and nature; the interests are dialectical unity with subjectivity and objectivity; the interests are dialectical unity with universality and particularity.
