个人外汇理财业务是商业银行提供的重要金融服务之一，对此类业务的风险控制是银行整体风险控制机制中的重要一环。我国商业银行的个人外汇理财业务具有业务结构复杂，产品价格波动频繁，业务涉及面广的风险特征，因此银行管理层应当积极采取措施进行风险防范，即建立个人外汇理财业务的内部审计、调查监督和理财产品交易限额控制机制，利用衍生工具组合和对冲策略，提高个人外汇理财业务风险预警能力等。

Individual foreign exchange financing is one of the most important financial services of commercial banks, in which the risk control plays a key integral part. In this respect the risks arising from complex service structure, high uncertainty, extensive involvement and frequent price fluctuation should be highlighted. Bank management should take actively measures to prevent the individual foreign exchange financing service from various risks, including internal audit, quota supervision/control mechanism for financing products, derivative combination and hedging strategy. All of the measures suggested to take is aiming at the ability for early-warning.
