文章主要分析了教师薪酬对农村师资供给的影响，并探讨当前教师薪酬制度对农村师资供给的不利影响。借鉴经济学中的相关理论，提出了以薪酬激励为措施，从明确中央政府调节师资矛盾的地位和作用、完善农村教师工资保障制度，以及确保在民主地区和边远地区工作的教师享有特殊津贴这三个方面扩大农村师资供给的政策建议。

This paper mainly analyses how the teachers salary influences China＇s rural teachers supplies and discusses the disadvantage of the current salary system. By borrowing the related theory in economics, this paper proposes the policy suggestions from the following three aspects： clear understanding the status and function of central government in regulating the contradiction of teachers, perfecting the system to guarantee the salary of rural teachers, assuring that teachers in minority and remote areas can get the special allowance.
