邓小平的立法观主要包括：（1）原则性和灵活性相结合。（2）稳定性与适时废、改、立相结合。在坚持法律稳定性和连续性的同时，修改和补充法律是完善立法的重要手段。（3）坚持法制与民主相结合。（4）立足本国实际与借鉴外国经验相结合。
鄧小平的立法觀主要包括：（1）原則性和靈活性相結閤。（2）穩定性與適時廢、改、立相結閤。在堅持法律穩定性和連續性的同時，脩改和補充法律是完善立法的重要手段。（3）堅持法製與民主相結閤。（4）立足本國實際與藉鑒外國經驗相結閤。
산소평적입법관주요포괄：（1）원칙성화령활성상결합。（2）은정성여괄시폐、개、립상결합。재견지법률은정성화련속성적동시，수개화보충법률시완선입법적중요수단。（3）견지법제여민주상결합。（4）립족본국실제여차감외국경험상결합。
Deng Xiaoping＇s concept of legislation includes the following points. （1）Principle combines with flexibility ; （2） To keep stability combines with to repeal, reform and establish the law timely. Amending and supplementing the law is important mean of perfecting legislation while we persist in legal stability and continuity; （3）Law combines with democracy; （4）On the basis of the reality of own country ,we should draw on the experience of foreign countries.
