方法:将15只大鼠加8周中等强度的游泳训练。8周后,分别在应激(急性运动)和安静状态下,观察比较血清和心肌组织中儿茶酚胺、乙酰胆碱酯酶在各组大鼠之间的差异;结果:安静状态下,运动训练组大鼠心肌组织去甲肾上腺素、乙酰胆碱酯酶明显高于安静对照组;应激状态下,运动训练组大鼠血清乙酰胆碱酯酶的变化幅度明显高于安静对照组;去甲肾上腺素和乙酰胆碱酯酶的比值在安静和应激状态下均没有表现出明显的组间差异;结论:长期参加有氧运动可提高静息状态下心交感神经的递质合成与储备能力,以及心迷走神经的递质释放能力,同时提高血清ACHE对运动应激的敏感性。提示长期参加有氧运动可使心交感神经和心迷走神经之间的“协调与对抗”关系在一个更高的功能层面上达到新的平衡。

To investigate the mechanism that aerobic exercise changes the equilibrious state of cardiovascular autonomic nerve system, this study chose normal rats to undertake 8 -week medium and compare catecholamine(CA) and acetylcholine esterase(ACHE) in plasma intensity swimming training to observe and myocardium on resting and exercising conditions. The results showed that rats had higher amplitude than untrained rats in plasma ACHE after a medium - sized and small intensity swimming, implying that long term aerobic exercise could improve the agility of plasma ACHE and increase function of pneumogastric nerve. The rats after 8 - week medium intensity swimming also showed their norepinephrine(NE) in myocardium and ACHE got increased in resting condition, implying that neurotransmitter synthesis and reserve of parasympathetic nerve enforced, and the release of neurotransmitter of pneumogastric nerve increased at same time while rest. It was probably manifested that the function of parasympathetic and pneumogastric nerve strengthened. Considered value of NE/ACHE had no difference in two groups and two conditions, we could draw a conclusion that long - term aerobic exercise could increase function of cardiovascular autonomic nerve system, and build a new balance between parasympathetic and pneumogastric nerve.
