采用问卷调查、文献资料调研、比较研究法等,揭示各高校之间,不同年龄组和性别之间,体育教师与非体育教师之间的体质水平现状、存在的问题及产生的原因,旨在为我国高校教师体质研究提供基础参数,为进一步推动全民健身活动、促进国民健康素质明显提高,以及制定社会发展规划和为政府有关部门决策提供科学依据。研究结果表明,高校体育教师体质水平明显优于非体育教师;省会高校、尤其是进入“211”工程的重点大学教师,其体质水平明显好于中小城市中的一般高校教师。45岁以上女性非体育教师平衡能力下降和超重、肥胖。还分析了差别形成的原因,并提出改善体质水平的若干建议。

This paper reveals the physical health level conditions between different universities, age groups,gender,professional physical education teachers and other teachers, and existing problems and reasons through using the method of questionnaire, literature, comparative and other different analysis. The purpose is to provide the basic parameter for the analysis of Chinese college teachers' physical health study and provide the scientific ground for formulating the plan of social development and decision of certain government to promote the people's healthy exercises and strengthen their physical condition. The result shows that the physical health condition of physical education teachers is obviously better than other teachers. Those college teachers who work in provincial universities, especially for those entering 211 programs, are better than the college teachers who work in normal universities in middle and small cities. Besides, female non-physical education teachers over 45 years old have problems such as decline of balance ability, overweight, and obesity. This paper analyzes the reasons of these differences and raises several suggestions for improving physical health.
