In the new century, China strongly suggests that the public should be engaged in the leisure sports, because it will benefit the individual＇s full, free, and harmonious development, benefit to increase health level, benefit to promote social members＇ communication and understanding, and get along with each other, benefit to provide students with a background and stage of quality education, benefit to lower the social crime rate and support the stability of the society, benefit to provide the society with more employment opportunities, narrow social members＇ income gap, and promote the development of the economy. Therefore, without any doubt this is important to quicken the construction of Chinese socialist harmo- nious society.
