“校本教研”是伴随课程改革的推进而提出的一个重要概念和重要的教学制度。它适应了基础教育改革发展的时代需要，形成了与课程改革相适应的全新的教研方式，已经成为教师基本的学习方式和专业发展方式。校本教研是一个正在探索与发展的新事物，在校本教研经验中呈现出一些共同的规律性趋向，即校本教研将从非常态化活动向规范化教学制度转变；教师将从非自觉状态向自觉状态转变；校本教研的专业引领将由临时性措施向常规型机制转变；校本教研将由单一的以校为本向校本校研、学区教研、网络教研相结合的教研网络转变。
