“校本教研”是伴随课程改革的推进而提出的一个重要概念和重要的教学制度。它适应了基础教育改革发展的时代需要,形成了与课程改革相适应的全新的教研方式,已经成为教师基本的学习方式和专业发展方式。校本教研是一个正在探索与发展的新事物,在校本教研经验中呈现出一些共同的规律性趋向,即校本教研将从非常态化活动向规范化教学制度转变;教师将从非自觉状态向自觉状态转变;校本教研的专业引领将由临时性措施向常规型机制转变;校本教研将由单一的以校为本向校本校研、学区教研、网络教研相结合的教研网络转变。
“校本教研”是伴隨課程改革的推進而提齣的一箇重要概唸和重要的教學製度。它適應瞭基礎教育改革髮展的時代需要,形成瞭與課程改革相適應的全新的教研方式,已經成為教師基本的學習方式和專業髮展方式。校本教研是一箇正在探索與髮展的新事物,在校本教研經驗中呈現齣一些共同的規律性趨嚮,即校本教研將從非常態化活動嚮規範化教學製度轉變;教師將從非自覺狀態嚮自覺狀態轉變;校本教研的專業引領將由臨時性措施嚮常規型機製轉變;校本教研將由單一的以校為本嚮校本校研、學區教研、網絡教研相結閤的教研網絡轉變。
