本研究目的是探讨篮球运动员间歇爆发能力和非乳酸、乳酸及有氧供能系统之间的关系.12名男子篮球运动员在运动场进行间歇快速跑和匀速跑的测试.结果如下,在间歇运动初期,间歇快速跑组ATP-CP供能高于间歇匀速跑组.与此同时,间歇快速跑组O2供能,在间歇运动中期和后期高于间歇匀速跑组.其结果表明,在进行次最大间歇运动训练时,O2供能系统对于发挥快速跑的能力是非常重要的.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between elocity during intermittent and measured alactic (ATP-CP), lactic (La), and oxygen energy delivery systems. 12 basketball players performed an intermittent exercise routine consisting of a combination of high velocity and average velocity exercise on a field test. The results show that the intermittent high velocity group ATP-CP system is significantly higher than high intermittent average velocity during the early stage of intermittent exercise. At the same time, the high oxygen system group is higher than intermittent average velocity in the middle and late stage of intermittent exercise. The results indicate that oxygen system is important for exerting high velocity during supramaximal load of intermittent exercise.
