流通业在国民经济中已经处于先导行业的地位，外资转向服务业已是世界趋势，基于这两点，本文实证分析了我国流通业利用外资的情况。结果表明近十年来流通业利用外资的增长速度波动较大；对服务业FDI和FDI的贡献度低．弹性偏低，贡献率不稳定；而且流通业FDI增长和产值增长、就业增长之间存在弱相关性，没有显著的Granger因果关系。文章对产生这样结果的原因进行了探讨，认为流通业FDI对于流通业发展的直接作用不明显，主要体现在间接促进作用上。

Circulation has become a leading sector in national economy now, This paper analyzes the current situation and characteristic of foreign direct investment （FDI） of circulation in China firstly. FDI in circulation has experienced an undulatory development over the past ten years, which has smaller elasticity to FDI and lower contribution to the growth of FDI in service industry, the growth of FDI, added value of circulation and employment has weak correlation and no Granger Causality with each other. Then the paper analyzes some further possible reasons about the results and considers that FDI mainly has indirect effect on circulation.
